3D Printing and Us
Welcome to our website all about 3D printing! We create, produce and print three-dimensional objects from digital designs using additive manufacturing technology.
There are several different types of 3D printing technologies that we create with, including:
- Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)
- Stereolithography (SLA)
Our Process:
- Design: The first step in our process is to work with our clients to design their desired 3D printed object. This can be done through a variety of methods, including uploading a pre-existing design or working with our team of designers to create a custom design.
- Quote and Approval: Once we have a final design, we will provide a quote for the cost of printing and any additional services, such as post-processing or shipping. Once the client has approved the quote, we will proceed to the next step.
- Printing: Our state-of-the-art 3D printers will then create the object layer by layer using a variety of materials, including PLA and ABS.
- Post-processing: Depending on the needs of the client, we may perform additional post-processing on the printed object, such as sanding, painting, or plating.
- Quality Control: Before shipping the finished object to the client, we perform a thorough quality control check to ensure that the object meets all of our high standards.
- Shipping: Finally, we will carefully package and ship the finished object to the client, ensuring that it arrives safely and on time.
Throughout the process, we will keep the client informed of the progress of their order and address any questions or concerns they may have. Our goal is to provide a seamless and enjoyable 3D printing experience for all of our clients.
